Athletes from the Javelina sports teams came together to participate in a series of balloon fights and eat pizza this evening from 6 p.m. to 7 p.m. The event was organized by Javelin Thrower, Madeline Maltais, and the Student-Athlete Advisory Committee.
“This is a Lone Star Conference Organization that is ran by the athletes for the athletes. We are looking to accomplish some big things this year,” Maltais said. Their first general meeting is at 7 p.m. on Sept. 10th in McCulley Hall.
