On Thursday, Jan. 23, Texas A&M University-Kingsville (TAMUK) employee Rubie Contreras was last seen around 8:30 a.m. in Anaheim, Calif.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to social media reports, Contreras attended a conference in California and was scheduled to return on Jan. 18 but did not.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Contreras was then reported missing by her family and, soon after, they began to post about her disappearance on social media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
