Sunsets to ceilings, A horizon my eyes always seem to rest upon.
Sunsets found themselves painted with bright beautiful colors across the mesmerizing sky.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They were hypnotizing with their colorful clouds full of the most innocent of magic,
Bright enough to draw anyone in and push them away,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They were beautiful.
Snap and the spark that once ignited the sky of\u00a0flames is gone.
Snap and the darkness traveled faster than the light,
Pushed to the brink of extinction only to be found starting at what is now my ceiling<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Dark and textured like a cloak of black magic that wraps you in its arms,
He whispers in your ear, chills sent down your spine
It\u2019s cold and dark the sun is set and the ceiling now becomes your horizon,
A horizon where the walls meet their end is where my ceiling begins
This horizon that has an end, unlike the endless line where the sky meets her land and there is no\u00a0ceiling yet only infinite space<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Space to grow and move and live and laugh
Space that a ceiling will keep you from
A ceiling is not only the roof to my walls<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The final nail in the coffin
The end of all that\u2019s endless
It\u2019s a horizon my eyes will always seem to find in\u00a0the darkness of my room in the middle of the night\u00a0when insomnia finds its way in is where my ceiling\u00a0begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
