It does not come as a surprise that the 22-year-old\u2019s debut EP album seems to be sparking radio stations since its release on Oct. 14. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His viral hit, \u201cFall in Love,\u201d turned heads and re-broke hearts all over again. People began filming TikTok videos to the heart break banger. \u201cFall in Love\u201d then climbed to the Billboard Hot Country Songs\u2019 Top 10 chart.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Zimmerman took nine songs to create a country album. Along with his distinctive soft raspy voice he stands out from other country singers. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
His single \u201cFall in Love\u201d describes the feeling of losing the one person you never thought you would lose. He says in the song, \u201cYou can act like you\u2019re doin\u2019 fine \u2018cause love\u2019s a smoke ring wrapped around your finger one second, it\u2019s a blessing and the next it\u2019s already gone\u2026\u2026You don\u2019t wanna fall in love.\u201d\u00a0The song has Zimmerman telling the girl that left him not to fall in love because it\u2019s not really love. He then expresses how hurt and lost he is that she left him because the other guy has more money.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Comparing this song to his most streamed lyrical masterpiece \u201cRock and a Hard Place\u201d shows that it is just one of those songs that hits differently.\u00a0Whether you have personally experienced a painful relationship of either staying or leaving, you will most definitely feel all the feelings while listening to this song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
While making the tough decision of picking my favorite song on the album, I chose \u201cRock and a Hard Place.\u201d The heart wrenching emotion this song holds is immaculate. Zimmerman starts off the song strong by opening with the lines, \u201cWe\u2019ve been swingin\u2019 and missin\u2019 It ain\u2019t broke yet, but damn, it needs fixin\u2019.\u201d This is something we do not normally hear in a song. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
The tough reality of knowing the relationship is ending but trying to pick up all the pieces or just letting it go. Zimmerman easily executed the exhausting sensation your heart feels of \u201cThrowin\u2019 in the towel\u201d into this song.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This album is a perfect masterpiece for today\u2019s world. Zimmerman expresses sorrow in heartbreak.\u00a0He seems to be right on the trend by releasing this album during heartbreak season.\u00a0Rest assured this album is everything a country music fan wants to hear. Songs about heartbreak and the working class always catches listeners\u2019 ears.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
