Admission price is $2 a ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s play is an original story titled \u201cRapunzel, Meet Little Red Riding Hood\u201d in which the titular characters meet one another after two of the story\u2019s narrators accidentally fuse the two stories. Red Riding Hood and Rapunzel will meet new faces, both good and evil, on their journey to Red\u2019s grandmother\u2019s house.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This year\u2019s story has been written and is being directed by TAMUK Theatre student Nadia Hernandez. I\u2019m glad to finally be doing something for a large audience.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This annual show gives the university theatre students a chance to practice their variety of skills and put on a show more directly aimed at younger crowds as a way to entertain them while also showing them the world of performing arts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Gauge Roberts, an actor playing the character Narra, said, \u201cThe Children\u2019s Show every year is an exhausting and difficult process, but when you get to the show dates, it\u2019s really fulfilling.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The actors and crew have been hard at work rehearsing and making sure everything sounds and looks good for the upcoming show.
